Project Name: South Trafford Health & Wellbeing Centre
Project Outline: Altrincham Health and Wellbeing Centre redevelops the former Altrincham General Hospital in the heart of Altrincham’s Old Market Place Conservation Area. Working on behalf of developer Citybranch, designed by AFL Architects, in collaboration with the NHS Trafford CCG and Trafford Council, the new centre provides the community with cohesive public health services and GP practices in an accessible and safe environment. In Altrincham town centre, the redevelopment centres on social and healthcare integration, providing patient care and incorporating a library, pharmacy and cafe.
